Hello everyone!

I hope you all had a great weekend. We are trying to raise funds for a local Chicago magician and his medical expenses. Tevell Rose needs a kidney transplant, and even though he has insurance he will need a lot of help from the magic community to make it through this.

We had a sold out benefit show last Saturday night with Shawn Farquhar, ICE McDonald, Eugene Burger and a host of other phenomenal performers. We have also taken in a lot of donations both monetary and of product and services to be auctioned off. You can check a full listing of the items here:

http://www.32auctions.com/organizations ... t_filter=1

If you would like to find out more about Tevell Rose's situation, or if you don't see anything on the auction that you want, but would still like to make a donation, you can do so here:

About the Auction:

We have new things added daily, but just to give you a short list of some of the highlights up to now:

-How about having a private Master Class with Johnny Thompson? One of the most knowledgeable magicians in the world, and he is willing to share his knowledge in return for your support.

-Master Class with Bill Malone - That's correct, one of the best card men in magic today will give you a private master class!

-How about a DVD bundle and a Skype Lesson with Master Magician Shawn Farquhar?

-Win 4 tickets to see Penn & Teller in Vegas, with a Meet and Greet backstage!

-Win 4 tickets to "The Illusionists" when they come to Chicago!

-A copy of the very hard to find Grimoire of the Mages by Masklyn ye Mage

-Original Magic Themed artwork by artist Molly Minor!

-And what do you say to a Studio (or locale performance) Photo Shoot with Magic Photographer David Lindsell (whose work has been on the cover of Rolling Stone, Genii, MAGIC Magazine, MUM, The Linking Ring, The Chicago Tribune, The Chicago Reader and many other publications.

-Tickets to see some of your favorite ongoing Magic Shows: Monday Night Magic, Steve Cohen's Chamber Magic, Magic Chicago, The Magic Parlor, and more!

How about Vintage Magic Posters? Got them! Fantastic original Magic Themed Jewelry? Several! Instructional DVDs and books? Lots! There are plenty of things for the magically minded :)

And if you are shopping for someone who may not share your passion for magic, there are also several gift certificates for Restaurants, Beer Parties, Hotel Stays, Circus Posters, Custom Tattoo Art, and many, many other things (with more added daily!).

Thank you for reading this far. We appreciate all your support, monetary and spiritual. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to ask.

Bill, thank you for your interest. SeƱor Kaufman, thank you for your help!

Yes, there is a DONATE button at the top of that page, but here is a more direct link to the donation page:
http://www.youcaring.com/medical-fundra ... ell/257507

They take Paypal directly.

As a very last resort, anybody interested in donating but disinclined to do so electronically, you can send a check payable to "Tevell Rose" directly to the Magic, Inc. offices:

Magic, Inc.
5082 N Lincoln Ave.
Chicago IL 60625

No donation is too small or too big. And feel free to print this out and take it to your local magic club, shop, church or anywhere else you think may be willing and able to help a magician in need.

Thank you guys!
