Postby John Carney » February 1st, 2012, 5:25 pm

Robert Harbin Style Bow Sawing
Portable Sawing Spectator in Half
Bruce Chadwick Manufacture

Lay audience volunteer on board across two chairs. Small stock is placed over their torso. Bow saw penetrates through spectator, cutting wood on outside of stocks. At finish, spectator must stand up to remove bow saw over head, proving blade went through. Sells new (with case) for $5000

Case/portable table NOT included, as originally provided by Bruce Chadwick.
I think its more portable and stable with a board between two chairs.

John, did you ever perform this? It seems the type of thing that might attract the madness of Mr. Mysto.

I love this trick; I've been doing it for about nine years now.
