Counterfeit Windshear on eBay

Here is a link to a counterfeit Windshear illusion being sold on eBay:

Is there really any way to have such items removed, or does this just apply to DVDs and copyrighted materials?

If you check the seller's other listings, it appears that he's selling a number of knock-off illusions.
