I have the same issue. No reply to my email. The communication is very difficult, near impossible. I think, like many other people I know I'll stop to bid on these auctions.

Likewise: I still have to receive the books I bought at the Christopher's auction and my emails are seldom replied to. I'm not impressed...

I, too, am awaiting a reply. Some years ago when this happened it was because of the filters Martinka have on their mail, I was told. Reason now is probably work pressure although my e-mail was sent well before the Christopher auction.

Ted replied to one of my emails, but not to others. His promises to "check" the whereabouts of my books did not materialize with a shipment or a follow-up email...

I'm afraid I will have to open a complaint with PayPal... :(
