VINTAGE (AND NOT SO VINTAGE) MAGIC FOR SALE, 03-08-11

Postby Garry Hayes » March 8th, 2011, 10:23 pm

First Come, First Served. Do not hesitate and be disappointed. Only one of each item. I have been collecting magic for 35 years. I am thinning my collection out. Some items are antique, some are kinda vintage, some are obscure, and etc

DO NOT Post or SEND A PM. If you are interested in purchasing, send an EMAIL, including your name, mailing address, and the items you are interested in buying: mrmagician@bellsouth.net.

The earliest email date / time stamp will determine the successful buyer. If you ask questions about an item, that does not constitute that you are buying it. When you commit to buy, that is the only time you're email date / time stamp will be considered.

Payment: We accept Paypal: mrmagician@bellsouth.net , Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks (Personal Check purchases held for two weeks for clearing.)

Domestic Shipping in the USA: The USPS has gone up again on postage. So, I have to resort to adding modest shipping / handling charges.
First Item is: $2.00
All additional items are: $1.00 each
Maximum shipping charge is $7.00 (except for heavy or large items, which will be noted).
I will pay for Insurance on domestic total purchases of $50.00 and over. Otherwise, Insurance is extra. Without insurance, it is your choice and risk. When inquiring, please specify if you want Insurance.

International Buyers - International Buyers (including Canada) will pay via PayPal in US Dollars ($). Please email me at mrmagician@bellsouth.net for total, including shipping charges.

Stay tuned for more "goodies" to come. HAPPY BUYING!

Thanks,
Garry Hayes

1. INCREDI-GO, Al Cohen. A secret device used to vanish or exchange an item for another. Anyone that has seen Al demonstrate this, knows it is a miracle. Complete, with instructions. $10.00

2. ACROBATIC CARDS, Joseph Fenichel. Two cards placed face down on the table are covered and held down by a drinking glass. A spectator can lift the glass, the two cards turn themselves over, faceup. Several routines with it. A precision made gimmicked. Think of a Flipper Coin. Now adapt that to a card. This is how I would perform it, have 2 cards selected, the 4 of spades and the king of diamonds. Have them shuffled back in the deck. The Magic removes 2 cards from the deck, he thinks are the selected ones. He shows them to be the 4S and the 5C. One is correct, one is wrong. They are turned face down and a glass is placed on them. When the Spec lifts the glass, both cards magically and visually turn face up: the 4S and now the 5C has turned into the KD. Complete with original instructions. $9.00

3. ANIMATED CARD RISE, Christopher Tracy. 1990. The pages of a post-it note pad are flipped through to show they are blank. Spec selects a card. The Magic draws the picture of a card on the top post-it note. Spec states It is not the selected card. The Magi continues to finish the drawing by converting it into a full deck of cards. The Magic flips through the blank pad and now the deck is seen on all of the pages. Not only that, the selected card rises from the deck as the Magi continues to flip through. A nice walk-around trick or office trick. $9.00

4. LOTTO LUCK, Chazpro. Thinking he has lost, the Magi tears up his lottery ticket, then restores it when he hears he won. But wait, as the restored ticket is shown, a suspicious packet falls to the floor. Is it the torn pieces? No, its a note from the IRS claiming half of his winnings. Tickets are large - 4 x 10 . With original instructions. $7.50

5. DOUBLE BARREL, Bob Solari. A card is freely selected by a Spec (No Force). The value is known only by the Spec.
