WTB: Bill Goodwin Lecture notes

Hi all,

I'm looking for the Goodwin lecture notes as a present for my friend.
If anyone has the 1988 lecture notes, or the Notes from the Batcave, can you get in touch with me?

Also, I'm looking for copies of Ancient Empty Street, At the Expense of Grey Matter and Picking the Carcass Clean if anyone has a copy they're willing to part with.
