I ordered one of the books and paid $64 for it after communicating with Glenn on Dec. 28. So far I have received NOTHING - and Glenn is not answering my e-mails.

So BEWARE - this might be a scam! What a sad thing...

I tried the phone number: no answer and no answering machine. So I sent him an e-mail and asked him to deal with your problem.

Glenn's sold a number of items here previously, and while I don't have any personal experience with him, I'd tend to give him the benefit of the doubt for now. I hope this can be resolved quickly.

Glenn has just responded by e-mail, and we were able to talk on the phone. I believe it was all due to some e-mail problems in Glenn's end, so we should be getting things resolved soon.

I've had the same problem. I paid for a book in December, and haven't seen it.

I've sent around 10 emails, sent a PM on this board (which is unread), and even tried calling on the phone - no response.

I did a deal started at the beginning of December last year just after Christmas sent e-mails and got no response.was waiting for my 45 days to file a compliant with EBay and just before the dead line I received the book in the mail. Funny thing was it was stamped two days after I ordered it. Must be the Postal Service.

Don't give up the ship yet also If it does arrive please post so we know.

I ordered notes last December and have received nothing , he did e-mail me back in January but i've had no contact since and i still don't have my notes.

I regret taking this action, since Glenn is a friend, however due to repeated complaints, both on this Forum and in private e-mails to me about people ordering items that haven't been received even months later, I have asked Glenn not to sell anything else on the Forum. Glenn's a great guy, but he just doesn't seem to be able to get to the post office as often as he should.

That's understandable, but he's reading the PM's I've sent him, and choosing not to respond. I'd understand if his emails were in some way broken, but the fact that he's read my PM's and chosen to ignore them, is disappointing.

I paid for my book nearly 3 months ago.

Glenn: unless your planning on retiring to Bermuda with my US$87, I'd like it back.

It's at the stage where I know I'll never see that money again, and the only thing I can do now is laugh.

It's a shame that the money didn't come through 2 weeks ago - since the time I sent the money across (now many, many moons ago) the movement in the exchange rate means I could have actually profited from the refund.
