Scotty York Cylinder - Now Available
With Denny Haney's permission (he owns Scotty York Magic) we are able to offer Scotty's design for his Cylinder for Ramsay's "The Cylinder and Coins".

The photos are of the prototype. The real thing won't be made by me (and you can be happy for that) and will be much nicer.
Available in Black and Brown, Half and Dollar.

Okay... gotta ask ... can you get a signed card folded into the plug part with the straps? Make a cute way to get into the trick - or back to the props later in the act.
BTW, you can feint doing Goshman style (Free and Unlimited Coinage from the Vernon book) loads under the lid on the Cylinder setup ;) - for those who enjoy such things.

Yes JT you will be able to get a signed folded card in the plug part if you order a custom version ;) You're also correct about the lid. It does allow you to hide an object under there.
Thanks for the feedback. As stated above, that particular piece is not as nice as it could be. I basically made it myself and though I took my time and did a descent job the final product will be much nicer.

Frank, you've done it again! Yesterday, Denny showed me two of the prototypes for the dice stacking/chop cup. Best anyone could find since Mike Rogers.
Is there a C&C routine of Scotty's anywhere in print? Neither Denny nor I could pinpoint one in any of his published collections.

Thanks Bill. Admittedly, it took a few years to get the cup design where it is now but I really like it. I'm glad you do too.
I don't know anything about Scotty's C&C routine. No help there.

Scotty gave me some pointers on the C&C routine when I first started working on it back in 1988. To my knowledge, he has never published anything about it.

Scotty has never published anything regarding any of his versions of Ramsay's Coins and Cylinder and for that matter, none of the cylinders, caps, holders or wands he made have ever been offered for sale by him.

As soon as I get real pix of the final product I'll post them.
Most people are ording black so we'll be making more black for the first batch and just a few brown.

Here's a new photo of the first cylinder off the line.
You can now get our own (just in time for the november issue of Genii) and see what all the fuss is about.

All cylinders were sent out this morning.
There are still a few blacks left and I think 1 brown.
Thanks for your interest and support.

Re: Scotty York Cylinder - Now Available
All cylinders that were purchased before this week were shipped and have probably been delivered by now. All the brown were sold out and we have a few black still available from the first batch. I think we were able to go from just the one prototype to delivery of the first batch to your door in less than 4 weeks.
I hope you don't consider that too much of a wait.
Thanks again to those who bought one of the first batch. Considering there are no reviews, comments, etc., it means a lot.

Thank you Frank!
My cylinder arrived Wednesday afternoon, and I haven't put it down since.
If you all do C&C this is a very elegant, professional, and sturdy piece.
My Tabman Chips and my Silver dollars work just fine.
Again thanks for your craftsmanship.

Re: Scotty York Cylinder - Now Available
OMG! That's the most beautiful piece of work ever! Makes me want to take up that classic. Wish my hands were a bit bigger, can't quite handle dollars, and I don't think halves do it justice. Poor me. But fantastic work nonetheless. And the November issue of Genii, wow! You're going to sell a bunch of these Frank!
