WTB Bob McAllister Items

Postby Joe Michaud » May 14th, 2008, 11:57 am

Hi All,

I am looking to see if I can add anything new to my Bob McAllister collection, I am very interested in any video anyone might have even if you have one or two clips from Wounderama or Kids are people Too or any other show Bob might have performed on.

I am also interested in Tricks, Magazine Stories, and booklets and lecture notes, anything you might have.

Please send an IM or post in this thread anything you might have for sale and I will get back to you and let you know if it is something I might be interested in.

I also have some original effects of Bob's that I would also consider trading for anyone who might be looking for any of his effects.

Thank You
Joe Michaud

Hi Joe,

I have 5 or 6 of his lecture notes, 1 signed, and a video which includes him performing Card Warp with a dollar bill. I think he was the first to use a bill instead of a second card.

If you're interested, please contact me at 818-914-5219 or via email: trickdoctor@aol.com

Thanks,

Yes, Bob was the first person to do Card Warp with a bill instead of a second card. I published it, "Green Warp," in the second volume of Richard's Almanac.

I've got his levitation somewhere along with the tape of him performing and teaching it.

You might enjoy this 8 minute routine of Bob performing at a private party in 1997. As I was the M.C. for the show, I got to introduce Bob that evening.

What a great idea....having the spectator restore the napkin.
I've never seen that done before.
