Magic books by Post (http://www.magicbooksbypost.co.uk/) had copies until very recently and still have them listed on their website. Why don't you give them a try?

maybr they have an high price
but i think that in www.abebooks.com you can find a copy of it.
Some days ago there was also an auction on ebay.
