I have a copy for sale in perfect condition, but I think the postage to the US would be crippling...

What does the book sell for? I've got one also in mint condition. The Ebay price seems a bit excessive.

I may have secured a copy from a private seller for what I think is a reasonable price, just waiting to hear back. I did see the copy on eBay but I wouldn't pay that much. Thanks for all your help!
