Tony Andruzzi published a few books that were remarkable not only because of the contents, but because of the work he put in making them. Handmade. Silkscreen printed pages, tipped in photos, hand-bound.
In 1978, he made 250 numbered copies of "The Grimoire of the Mages", under his penname "Masklyn ye Mage".

That is one of the better cover variants as well. For the current price I'm tempted to buy it has a backup volume!

Completely unrelated to your post, but I have to ask: do you know of or are you related to the former table tennis world champion Stellan Bengtsson? Perhaps that's just a common Swedish surname, but I'm a table tennis player and coach, so I had to ask.

It is unlikely we are related. Around 40 000 people in Sweden have the surname Bengtsson.
