Professor DeNel

In Al Mann's *The TKares Set* he mentions a dentist/mentalist Barlow J. Wagman aka Professor DeNel of Hyattsville, Md. This fellow did a lot of research on Bert Reese but his notes were lost.

Mann also mentions one Charlie Rosebery (pimp/con man/addict) who saw Reese and claimed that Reese had 2 daughters. I haven't been able to verify/track down any info on these guys and was wondering if anyone might have some info on them?
