Thank you Jonathan.
Just to clarify one point. The British Origami Society never had the rights to the Magic Of Robert Harbin. It was always The Magic Circle.
The BOS were left Harbin's origami publications. After 25 years it's not surprising that the BOS president, even if he were a lawyer, wouldn't be up to date on what was left in a will years previous. He may not have even been a member at the time.

Why? Was the president a paper tiger?

From the BOS website: "He bequeathed his paper-folding books and the copyrights in all his own books to the British Origami Society."
They are probably referring to just the origami books.

Don't know about that, but in his schooldays he may have been a paper boy.

Looking for all owners of the Magic of Robert Harbin book.
Do you own one or know someone who does?
A new Facebook group for owners of Harbin's Magic book has been created. We want to know who has which number. All of this info will be passed on to Chris Woodward who has been working on a master list for almost 20 years and has over 200 entries. So far around 71 books are logged in the group.

Actually with advent of the ebook, they'll all now be available on-line as paper-view...
