In "The Magician and the Cardsharp" (an outstanding read), the author describes an incident where a young man (I think he was 12) managed to roll 2-12 in order from a glass instead of a dice cup. Are there any resources for learning this technique and getting it consistent? I have been driving my officemates nuts with my throwing of dice on my desk during lunch.

If pointers are described anywhere (even out of print) that would be very helpful.
