Cannot access Genii magazine

Although my subscription expired, I should still have access through the AMA, however my member number doesn't work. If I call or email the AMA, they reply that I should contact Genii. Margaret has reset my password twice for me, and it works for a while, but then I start receiving incorrect user name or password. I cannot reset my password online because I can't change my AMA member number. Margaret has already spent too much time on this. There should be a simple solution, but I have not been successful in finding it. HELP!
