I Give Up

Postby hgebeaux » May 12th, 2015, 2:42 pm

Not too long ago I lost my Magic subscription because of sign-in and Magic software problems. Now the same thing is happening with iGenii. Everything worked fine until I tried to sign in today, after receiving a message that a new edition was online. I tried every user name and password I have had and I consistently get a message saying I am wrong. I can't get in at all, except to this forum. So, let me take advantage of this window to say 'I give up,' I can live without the magazine. It isn't worth all the hassle. Sorry.

Hi Howard,

That message (which is a new thing) was actually sent by error. I received it as well. The company is trying to sort out why a message was sent when the new issue is not ready yet.

If you call me at the Genii office I will be happy to help you sort out your problem.
