Many apologies if I have missed where this question is answered. I've just activated my iGenii account. I'm onto Ask Alexander no problem (hooray). But the app does not recognise my login details (boo). "Authentication failed"

Where am I going wrong? I'm using the same login and password as for Ask Alexander.

I believe it can take a full day for the two systems to sync up.
