video player crashing App

Hi. When I try to access video from this month's digital issue (August), it crashes the app on the iPad 2. It does this both with the online version and the downloaded one.

Suggestions?

I just tried it and had the same problem. Thanks for letting me know. Hopefully the company will fix it shortly.

A note for everyone waiting for the digital edition: it will be available tomorrow midday with all multimedia functions working. In the meantime, if you have downloaded the issue to your iPad, please delete that issue and download again tomorrow no earlier than midday.

The digital version of the August issue of Genii is now live and can be viewed for free by all subscribers on any computer (desktop, laptop), iPad, and smartphone.

The company we use is now offering an Android app, but it only works with version 3.1 of Honeycomb and later. It's also yet another monthly fee for us, and to be honest I haven't had a lot of requests for it yet. On the other hand, a few thousand people have already downloaded our iPad app!

How many of you folks would like an Android app?
