A few questions about digital access

The digital edition of Genii is great and the main reason I decided to re-subscribe. Storage of the physical magazines was a burden, so I'm very pleased you're now offering digital copies to all subscribers (especially us international ones). A BIG thank you for doing this!

I have a few questions:

When will the 2010 editions be available on Ask Alexander?

Will the February 2011 issue stay in my account permanently, or will it get 'bumped' by the next issue?

Is it possible to buy access to a single digital edition, e.g. the January 2011 mag?

Thanks,

Marty

Marty:

1) 2010 editions will be available on Ask Alexander at the end of 2011.

2) At least one year's worth of issues will remain available digitally at all times, so once we catch up, all issues will be available in either the archive area of our digital issues, or Ask Alexander.

3. There is no way to purchase access to a single digital issue, but the January issue is available in the archive area right now! So are December and November of 2010. Examine the top button on the left of the digital issue.

Thanks for the quick reply Richard. This is very good news; I should have looked a little more carefully for the 2010 archive!

This kind of service is top notch, I wish more publishers would follow your lead.

Many thanks,

Marty
