I am having difficulty viewing the following issues online. They are viewable via the Genii app but I cannot access
them via the website.

June 2014
December 2013

With each issue, I either default to a change password screen or the screen clocks. Does anyone else encounter this problem?

Do you have a pop-up blocker or ad blocker on?
What computer and browser are you using?
Etc.

No blockers are on. Tried it with Chrome, Bing and Firefox. Used Dell and Lenovo computers. All other issues are accessible.
