I was informed today that Mike Bornstein has sold his business. He wouldn't identify the new owner who will be making announcements in January. :(

Mike and I used to have lunch every week at the Cafe Edison (47th Street every week day between noon and 2pm) and I believe the wheels were sent into motion at the Magic Convention in Vegas a year and a half ago. Mike did not tell me that much, but I thought it was a done deal back then!?
