In the foreword to volume 1 of Letters From Juan, Tamariz mentions a session with Dai Vernon where Vernon shared with him three secrets.
Vernon swore Tamariz to secrecy when sharing these three ideas. Tamariz was left feeling conflicted about this since he didn't want to keep secrets from his friends in magic. Magicians might be curious to know what those three secrets were.
Happily for us - Roberto Giobbi is able to tell us.

Thanks lot for this piece of information and the link, Joe!
I don't know much about those Tamariz's letter, since, curiously, they are being published firstly in English, instead of Spanish. Spanish version are coming right after.
I will share this information in a thread about Tamariz's letters in "The Magician's Forum."
