On June 17th's Magic Castle "Town Hall" video presentation - Max looked and sounded absolutely great...not even a hint of the serious ordeal of what he endured only 2 weeks prior.

I spoke to Max today. He's in a good mood. More doctors ahead, including various types of cancer treatment.
He speaks to folks on the phone, has dinner at the Castle, and has visitors.

I just FaceTimed Max for about two hours. He's still in the hospital--he's got two infections they're trying to get under control. But he was in good humor and we had a great talk.

Max has been in and out of the hospital, then rehab. He's now home again and undergoing treatment.

Richard and I saw Max a week or so ago. We had a terrific dinner at a cafe near his condo. He's doing pretty well.
