Magician in Music Video

A friend pointed out there's a magician (old footage) doing cards from mouth at the 60 second mark. Further on it looks like a couple of magicians wearing a fez looking at something. Anyone have a idea who it is doing the cards from mouth? I thought a young Frank Garcia.

Yes, I would bet my bottom dollar that it's the man with the $million dollar$ hands. Compare the guy in the vid (especially the hair-do) against this photo of a young Frank:
