I know there was an old film with Kaps doing the cups & balls. The cups were mouth upwards, and he used them as servants for the balls.

No. Things are still very much in flux. I work in an organic way, making choices day by day as the thing grows. There is no master list, no outline, and no big plan.

For the newer stuff by guys like Bannon and Maven, is it mostly preiviously unpublished material. Or more of a compendium, a "best of" previously published stuff.
