Gene Anderson has long been a creative magician who is well-known in our community. Not only is he known, of course, for his "Torn and Restored Newspaper", but also his Newspaper Act, his emcee skills, his lectures on "Part Time Professional", his work at Dow Chemical, and more. But he is also legendary for his good humor and ever-ready smile. He is always a good guy to hang out with and talk to at magic conventions.
On this week's podcast, Gene sat down to record a conversation about his life and his many accomplishments, but also to chat about his relationship with Doug Henning and others. This episode is kind of a milestone of sorts in that it marks the 450th podcast on The Magic Word, so it is rather special, just as our guest is one-of-a-kind.
