Bikes and Sharpie Company in Trouble?

was of interest because this merged company owns 2 brands near and dear to us: USPCC and Sharpies.

From my reading of the article, what's likely to happen is that the combined company will sell off several of the brands as it tries to raise cash and straighten out its situation going forward. Time will tell if that includes Bicycle and Sharpie.
