Re: DC & Angel = Fake Twitter FOllowers
The article indicates Angel's real followers are WWE fans, female milennials, moms, magic fans, etc. About Copperfield only indicates "real followers" It would be interesting to know in which subgroups it divides.

Re: DC & Angel = Fake Twitter FOllowers
Criss probably suspects that a good portion of DC's followers are just misguided fans of English literature as well.
And "bot clusters" sounds like something to talk to your doctor about.

Re: DC & Angel = Fake Twitter Followers
Really. Pathetic Angel tweet. Say what you want about Copperfield, but he has put tens of millions of backsides in seats, and grossed literally billions of dollars over his career. Hardly the numbers of someone who is grasping for audience members.

Oh, this is just standard vicious competitiveness among top magicians. It goes back decades to Houdini and his supposed imitators. The funny thing is that nobody cares anyway!
Re: DC & Angel = Fake Twitter FOllowers
Not really a duel - you don't see DC posting anything about CA.
CA also got very upset when Forbes wrote an article about the highest paid magicians
http://www.forbes.com/sites/hayleycucci ... e2ee0a3be8
and his piece in Bloomberg
http://www.bloomberg.com/features/2016-criss-angel/
was called into question...
"Mindfreak star Criss Angel rounds out the top three. In May Bloomberg put his annual earnings at $70 million, but upon closer inspection, FORBES determined that Angel earned $19 million in our 12-month scoring period. "
Here is his latest response:

"He performed his prior Vegas show, BeLIEve, to over a million paying customers and generated over $150 million dollars for the Luxor in one year. "

Most likely from all of the early theatre exits back into the casino.

It really is unusual for someone to just so consistently get to the sign that says "<High Road/Low Road>" and pick the second one. Isn't it? I hope it is.

Re: DC & Angel = Fake Twitter FOllowers
CA isn't letting up ... he now alleges Copperfield reneged on his donation and auction item to the kids charity.
"Months passed &still ur donation hasn't appeared &neither did ur auction item for Sept 12 #HELP #PediatricCancer Ev… twitter.com/i/web/status/8…"
I'm surprised MGM PR management haven't intervened and put an end to it.
---> Update: DC responds that he in fact has donated $100000 to children's cancer charities in honour of CA's son
