OK, so I'll ask.
I'm assuming a new owner would have a number of ideas for the magazine - otherwise why would they purchase it?
With this is mind, I wonder what the readership can expect in the coming months by way of -
- new direction
- additional content
- revised format
Not, of course, that I have an issue with the current magazine - merely curious as to what the future holds.
Cheers
Andrew

Any chance of an interview with him in the magazine? I am sure readers would be really interested.

Any chance that Genii subscribers can get tickets to the show? I'll be in San Francisco in August!

No tickets to the show, sorry.
All the changes that are to be made have already been done: 16 pages larger magazine each month, and some new features like "The Eye." The Genii Forum and website have been redone and updated.
Randy is a very busy guy and is not involved in the operation of the magazine at this point. That will change in the future, but for the foreseeable future I'll still be running the ship. Ditto the convention.
And, finally, we will have a feature story on Randy coming up later this year.

Ha! The article's use of "Frisco" was really grating on my nerves until I realized they were talking about some town in Texas, not San Francisco. The site does a pretty good of assuming you already know where the center of the universe is.

Typical of most local news reporting.
I can't count how many times I've gone to read an article from a local TV station or newspaper, and nowhere on the linked page, or the front page of the news site, can be found the name of the city in which it is located.
