FISM vs RUSSIA

Can anyone explain what the issue is with FISM and the Moscow Club of Magicians? I saw this post on the FISM Facebook page and I have asked several FISM FEB Members but they said it's the first they've heard of it. Seems to be some pretty strong allegations
