NPR's RadioLab just re-aired a program on symmetry, as part of it they did a fascinating segment on the creator of a product called TrueMirror -- essentially a mirror that does not flip the image

While not magic (and video is certainly a much better practice tool than mirrors even without the image flip), but potentially of interest to those of us who like fascinating perceptual things, optics, etc...and I do wonder if the principle could be a adapted to a performance piece...
