All Schneider: The Bleeding Edge Lecture
Magic Inc is pleased to announce:
When: SATURDAY, October 6, 2:00 PM
Where: Jay Marshall Lecture Hall at Magic Inc.
5082 N Lincoln Ave
Chicago IL 60625
Al began magic in 1960 in Detroit, Michigan. His mentors were many of the magicians in that area. In 1960, Al created the Matrix coin effect. In 1972 it was published in Genii magazine. It spread through out the world as one of the leading coin effects magicians perform, an instant classic. Al went on from there to create a number of new magic principles and publish a number of magic books that have been sold around the world. Al has also developed a number of DVDs with L&L Publishing Company. In addition, Al has lectured and performed at many magic get-togethers in America and Europe.
Al is more interested in teaching practical, impressive magic than on showing off his impressive skills. Hopefully we'll get to see both!
During this lecture Al will:
Demonstrate new tricks from the New 7 DVD L&L set
Demonstrate new tricks from his new book projects.
Discuss Cup and Ball Final Loads
Discuss Puppets in Magic
Eggs from nowhere (Miser's Dream with Eggs)
Nokey Linking Rings
Broken and restored potato chip.
A new coin move. A No Pop Up, Pop Up
Show lots of new stuff, including his Silver under glass:
A small glass is shown and placed mouth down on table. Borrow quarter and spec marks it. Put coin on top of glass. Put poker chip on top of coin. When spec says go, coin falls through bottom of glass to table. No one is touching set up when magic happens.
Share your interest. Email Al at email@example.com.
Tell him about the kind of magic you do. He will attempt to make something for you and show it here.
