A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

I know I haven't been around in quite a while.
Life sure keeps me busy.

I wanted to write to all of you, who have supported me throughout the years.

We have been through many things together in the past 15 years.
You have supported me musically, creatively and personally through so much.

Including:
The day my father had his massive hemorrhagic stroke on July 29, 1998.
To when mother passed away three years ago on May 29, 2009.

And because I feel a connection to everyone who has, I wanted to share some exciting news.

MY DAD WILL FINALLY BE A GRANDFATHER!!!

My husband Eric and I are expecting our first baby this summer,
on July 29th. We are very thrilled and couldn't be happier.

As you may notice it will be a birth and a re-birth as the day we are due happens to fall on the 14th anniversary of my father's stroke. But it was also exciting because we must have conceived around my mother's birthday.

We are busy preparing ourselves and home to welcome our precious baby.

And we are recording our thoughts and experiences in an upcoming book.

We have a website up with our registries.
So family and friends who would like to celebrate our future baby's arrival with us may do so. ♥♥♥

Congratulations!! Me and my wife haven't been able to have babies, but today we took another step towards the adoption of a child, so congratulations to us too!! We share your joy and may everything be as smooth as possible for the baby to be born without any worries.

Edit: I didn't want to bring this up at first but my mom passed away almost 3 weeks ago and she encouraged us to go ahead with the adoption, so our mums have something to do with our heirs to be as well.

maybe in 3 years I can come out the LA Magic
History Conference and perform the exact same
World's Smallest Temple of Beneres my father
built for me with the baby.

That'd be cute and my dad would be overjoyed too.

Dad is thoroughly excited to finally become a grandfather.
My only wish was that my mom was with us.

The baby will be making it's debut soon...
We can't wait to meet Bao-Bao!

Tomorrow evening I'll be induced...
I hope that it won't take long before
Bao-Bao makes it's debut to the world.
Hopefully it's a swift and easy delivery!
