Bummer, but it was inevitable.

And unbelievably they are using video of Dean performing the original to help hawk it. Amazing.

I reported it as a counterfeit and pointed out the original and it's creator being used in the listing. Hopefully they will pull it.

There is a second one on there. Item 120607537968. I tried to report it but I couldn't figure out the selections/process to report a suspicious item. If you can give me some tips Seuss I would appreciate knowing how you did it.

I ended up sending a note to Dean Dill to alert him. He replied to my email and seems at a loss as to how to stop it. After one item listing gets removed, a new ad for the knock-offs keep popping up.

Dean's been dealing with these awhile. Here's one being made by a guy in Ohio if I remember right. Dean was alerted about this one about a month ago.

I wonder if Dean Dill has ever considered doing what Losander did with his (also much ripped off) floating table. That is, he offers a version of his table that costs half as much that can be later upgraded to the nicer version. He will also allow someone to trade in their rip off table for a credit toward an official one.

The same people are offering what appears to be a knock-off Losander Table with a starting bid of 99 cents. The catch is shipping from Hong Kong: $279. There's probably $200 net in that charge.

Check this rip of Porper's box. A friend sent this to me form Shanghai. He said it is selling for 60 bucks in China.

I wonder if Brad will write a review for it if they give him a free one.

Todd, I don't think there's anything Brad wouldn't do.

Walk across the room to piss on James Cotton even if he were on fire.

See - you were wrong. (Though I'm glad you are now seemingly obsessed with me. It's always good to have fans!)

Does Dean have a design or utility patent on the box? A copyright on the design? If not, why should Ebay delete the sale?
