******SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 2nd******

Deceptions Unlimited is proud to present a lecture with Jamy Ian Swiss on Sunday Nov 2, 2008 at The Holiday Inn Monroeville. The lecture will begin at 1:00pm and the cost is $15.00 per person.

The Jamy Ian Swiss Lecture has already received rave reviews in appearances throughout the United States , Canada , Europe and Japan. Yogi Magic Club dubbed him "The Beast of the East." In 1988, Karrel Fox wrote in Linking Ring: "...The most KNOWLEDGEABLE, CLEVER and ENTERTAINING close-up guy I've seen in a long time." This exciting lecture is packed with practical material from a professional's working repertoire filled with real-life information about performance of magic all delivered in Jamy's powerful, potent, and unprecedented style! Including:

THE KISS OF THE BIG APPLE - According to Scotty York, long-time confidant of the great Fred Kaps, "This is the final word on the Kaps method for the Card in Matchbox."

WISHFUL THINKING - The ultimate Card in Matchbook routine, elements of which have been endorsed and even adopted by Michael Ammar as described in Encore III and in his lecture notes.

THE ANIMATED RING - The easiest yet most powerful invisible thread effect yet! As featured in Jon LeClair's The Art of Invisible Thread.

And much more! Check out our website for more information:

** IN ADDITION ** Jamy will also be hosting a Super Session workshop, which will also be at the Holiday Inn on Sunday Nov 2 and from 7:00pm - 10:00pm. The cost for the workshop is $50.00 per person.

Jamy's critically acclaimed lecture focuses primarily upon the subjects of magic theory and performance. However, many magicians have asked him to share his insights and views on the more technical aspects of sleight- of-hand. In response to this demand, Jamy has created the Super Session. Don't miss this unique opportunity - an intensive seminar with a contemporary expert, focusing on the real work of close-up sleight-of-hand technique.

Seating for both November 2nd events is determined by paid reservation date, so don't delay. To reserve your seat today for either or both events, contact Deceptions Unlimited 412-823-4323

Visa/Mastercard/PayPal accepted.

We hope to see you there!

*NOTE* November 2 is the day that we turn the clocks backs. Please make note of this so you're not too early for these events.
