Juan Tamariz's Flamenco by Hermetic Press
Does anyone know Juan Tamariz' Flamenco by Hermetic Press (I believe written by Stephen Minch)will be published? It seems that I heard about this book a long time ago.

Found this on another forum:
From an e-mail of Stephen Minch
The Tamariz book, Flamenco, is no closer to being finished. Juan has recently told me he has improved a number of the tricks and we need to get together so that he can show me the improvements before the book can move ahead. I dont know when we will manage to do this, but it will probably be sometime next spring.

No, and unfortunately the book is no closer to being finished than it was before. Juan is not in a hurry.

Re: Juan Tamariz's Flamenco by Hermetic Press
Here in the Old World, specifically in the Flamenco's world where I'm living, it is said among Tamariz fans that the book "Flamenco" was going to be the third part or volume three of "Bewitched Music" to complete a trilogy with musical connotations: "Sonata," "Simphony," and "Flamenco." It is said that the tittle was going to be "Fugue," but I seem that "Flamenco" beat it... Anyway, as Richard said, Juan takes his time, as done with "Simphony in Mnemonica Major" (twenty years) and the "Magic Raibow" (thirty years)...

I'm happy to wait for Juan -- for as long as it takes.

Juan is obviously an extraordinarily deep thinker. I would imagine that, like a fine wine, his thoughts become even more refined and improve vastly with age.

For those who want a taste of what's in store, a brief excerpt from Flamenco was published in the "Tamariz at 60" issue of Genii in October of 2002.
