There was another thread about this. The Cafe comes up for me with no problem.

Yeah, sorry. It turns out, that my computer was unable to access that site (and only that site!) because of a local DNS misconfiguration. Your comments helped me realize that it was just me and that ultimately solved the problem so thanks!
