Last weekends session convention in England

Postby John Carey » January 20th, 2006, 12:54 am

Just thought I would take the time to say what a fantastic convention Andi Gladwin and Rob James put on last sunday 15th Jan.

The atmosphere was great with none of the usual cliques etc.

The quality of the close up on view was top notch, Kostya Kimlat absolutely blew me away with his card magic!

Englands James Brown wowed everyone with his fast paced magic, combining close up and pick pocketing type work which I believe will take him to the top.

Lee Asher was in top form and knocked out many people with effects using his pulp friction move.
Lee told me a dvd on this utility card move will be out later this year.

Canadas Tyler Wilson and Englands Andi Gladwin presented two excellent lectures with something for all standards-gret stuff!

The two dealers at the convention-Alakazam and Keith Bennett reported good sales.

The best thing about the whole day in my opinion was the freindly sharing of time and ideas by all participants.

They hope to do another convention next year.
