Magic Castle

I'm new to this forum so if this is not the correct area to post this request please point me to the right direction. Thanks.

I've been a subscriber to Genii Magazine for many and I remember that at one moment in time each subscriber was entitled to visit the Magic Castle once a year. I went all over the website and the magazine and couldn't find any confirmation that this is either still valid or not. I tried to call and got straight voice mails only. Did I miss something?
Anyway I live in Brazil and have a schedule trip to the USA this Friday. I will be in California for just a few days and would like to go there, possibly this next Sunday 02/06.
I'd really appreciate any reply to this post.

Contact the Castle and try to make a reservation. Identify yourself as a Genii subscriber. The Castle will then contact us to verify.

I did call them and they sent an email to Genii (is there any way to check anyone at Genii received it?). I was on hold for a while waiting for the reply but it was taking too long. Attendant at the Castle told me she would send me an email when they receive a reply so I could call them back. So far no email messages from them.
I guess there's not much I can do but to wait.
