Yuji Yasuda Has Passed Away

Postby Max Maven » April 12th, 2021, 4:39 am

Just learned the terrible news of the passing of Yuji Yasuda (An Song U). He was a great magician, an important teacher who inspired the magicians of Korea, and an international ambassador whose efforts made the world of magic a closer community. He was also a friend for 35 years, and this is a very sad day.

A great stage magician.
In 2010, when I was living in Japan, I watched him on a TV show performing one of his owesome costume change effects.
The next year he participated in the 53rd edition of Tenyo Magic Festival.
I don't know much about him, but I know he was one of the greatest in the Magic Community.
Sad and shocking news.
My condolences to his family and friends.
