Seeking a reputable dealer of late-19th century decks - Doughertys, Harts, etc. Any recommendations (other than World Class Playing Cards, which I'm familiar with)?

Are you are looking for authentic decks from the late 1800s, or reproductions?
The Home Run Games company produces some lovely replicas of 19th century decks. These are printed by USPCC, so they are standard Bicycle card quality, i.e. smooth handling, and durable.
Examples include the 1876 Andrew Dougherty Triplicate deck, the 1864 Samuel Hart Saladee's Patent deck, and the 1876 Mauger Centennial Exposition deck. See an overview of their range here:

Looking for authentic decks only. Zero interest in reproductions.

No problem - I suspected that is what you meant, but I shared the info above in the off chance that it was reproductions you were asking about.
