The last two pictures are Jack Avis's Poker Pot.
It's a neat variation of Chink-A-Chink.
A complete set has four dice and two of the little metal boxes.

Christopher,
I see you have these up for sale on Ebay.
Looks like someone is going to get a good deal!
By the way, the four colored dice in the wooden box is Tony Curtis's
Die-Abolical, a collectible Magic Wagon item.

Are you referring to the Chink-A-Chink?

I believe it may be the trick Brad mentioned.
The "extra" die, is a sort of shell that works like a Boston Box.

Jack Avis' Poker Pot was sold by Ken Brooke.
Stevens Magic sell it now, but with a wooden box, instead of the metal one.
You can see Daniel Cros performing the Ken Brooke version on the Stevens' website.
