I have seen Tally-Ho in Harry Lorayne's and other authors books and some decks with magic dealers but here in Mexico they really aren't so common. I don't remember a "regular" store (not magic) that sells them

They used to be softer than Bicycle Rider backs. That was a long time ago! 35 years.

Only about ten, fifteen years ago in Brooklyn you could walk into a local bodega and get Tallys. Not anymore.
