Hi All
I've downloaded the January issue to the Pad they call 'i' - I seem to have all the video and audio files except for the Dani DaOrtiz video of The Strange Coincidence, which the paper copy indicates should be there. Am I missing something?
Cheers
Andrew

You are not missing anything: Dani sent the file too late. You will find it on p.11 of the FEBRUARY issue.

Yes, I'm still waiting too.
And I can't read it correctly on Android 2.3.7 This is the only issue I have downloaded and just plays the multimedia content buy not show the pages.

Re: January 2014 Issue
Hi Richard.
I have deleted it 5 times, even have reinstalled the app, but always January issue. I will try with another one.
I am new with Android, maybe am doing something wrong.

Chris Aquilar posted a workaround on here somewhere for certain types of Android tablets. I can't find it at this moment.

Right. If you clear the apps cache (and maybe data) you can force it to update, but you'll lose any pre-loaded issues. A pain, but better than needing to uninstall/reinstall.

And things will improve greatly in a few months when we move to a new service provideer.

Re: January 2014 Issue
Thank you Richard and Chris.
The workaround doesn't work for me. It continues failing, now I downloaded February issue and its the same problem. In addition to not show the pages, when I watch the videos invariably the app crashes when reach the end. So, I will continue with iGenii for computer.
Waiting for the new provider.
