Get Tony Miller's Speed Loader Plus.
Here's why:
1) Tony has totally solved the issue of the load. No guide card, no need for one. His solution is so bloody clever.
2) Tony has totally solved the problem of the wallet 'falling' down into the depths of your pocket. The solution to point 1) also gives you the solution to the wallet going deeper into your pocket.
3) Tony has totally added a clever little extra bit that allows you to do Dream Card, or similar
4) Tony has totally made it smell utterly lovely
5) Rosie FTW
I got the wallet this morning, and am already using it. (Only a wife and MiL test, but heck, it's that easy to pick up).
I've got loads of other wallets, and rarely use them because of funny bits on them. Tony's done away with all the odd things in card to wallet wallets. This is the best I've ever, ever seen.
Get one.

Is this the wallet with the peek?

No, it's the card to wallet wallet. Is this the wallet with the peek?
The peek one is probably awesome too though.

The peek wallet is amazing. Tony was demoing the first version of it at my booth at Magic Live. He sold a LOT of them.

Re: Do yourselves a favour
I'm not sold on the Speed Loader wallet, so sell me. The only time I've seen it is in a video of Aaron Fisher's routine (a nice routine by the way). He had the wallet wrapped in a couple of rubber bands (I assume this is the way it's meant to be used), but once it was opened the card was simply in a slotted compartment that is aligned with the wallet's opening. That felt a bit too linear to me. I realize there are other layers that form the overall deception (convincingly losing the card in the deck, etc.), but I prefer, say, Steve Draun's Real Man's Wallet wherein the card is inside of a snapped compartment, the opening of which is at the center of the wallet (that is, opposite the open end).
Also, it didn't appear that t was loaded any faster than I typically can load the Draun wallet, but perhaps it was just the particular performance I saw.
I have, however, just placed my order for Tony's peek wallet.

As the Designer of Steves Real Mans Wallet. I feel allowed to do a comparison. I have never liked zippers and such in wallets. I put them there for magicians.

Why not have the wallet in a bag? And the bag in a box... This kind of thinking NEVER ends.

As to faster... Did you see this?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWfIevnT ... e=youtu.be
Once again this blows The Real Mans wallet out of the water.
And if you are doing a Kaps style routine where it repeatedly ends up in the billfold... This does it beautifully! No reset, no slides.
And finally, I can start out with the wallet sitting in a spectators hand and have the signed card appear instantly in the wallet. And repeat with no reset...
And as to rubberbands... Well try this...http://youtu.be/gTsaQSWiLWM
But I cant just sell the damn thing... Oh well....
I have, however, just placed my order for Tony's peek wallet.

Re: Do yourselves a favour
Thanks, Tony! Just what I was hoping for.
Love the paperclip bit. While I recognize the fact that zippers, envelopes, etc. can be used to the point of overkill, I do think that some of those kinds of details and nuances do enhance the deception for an observant audience.
One thing I was wrong about: the slot the card comes from is at the inside center of the wallet, so my mistake there.

Or why not go in the other direction, and just shove the card into an ungaffed wallet, amongst the cash, ala Eddie Tullock. Why not have the wallet in a bag? And the bag in a box... This kind of thinking NEVER ends.
I fully understand all the selling points of the Speed Loader wallet and it seems to be a nifty little item. I don't however think it would be any more impressive to an audience than a well executed performance using another style of wallet. In fact, although easier for the performer (in theory), I think a more impressive effect can be had with other wallets.
If it had been available to him at the time, do you think THIS GUY would have substituted the Speed Loader wallet for the one used in this performance?

Never mind... Not getting into this... I got orders to get out.

No one is claiming it would be "more impressive". And yes, if you want to use other wallets, no one will stop you.I don't however think it would be any more impressive to an audience than a well executed performance using another style of wallet. I was just pointing out the problems Tony has solved with his release of the speed loader. If you don't like the sound of it, and want little pockets and snappers and zips and think they add to the effect, great.
I was just over the moon happy with my speed loader and wanted to share.
Re: Do yourselves a favour
I just don’t get all this “I'm not sold on the Speed Loader wallet, so sell me” or “just shove the card into an ungaffed wallet” stuff or – particularly – the reference to Mike Skinner.
First, Tony is under no obligation to prove anything. His demos are plenty transparent (read: fair). Any if you’re happy shoving a card into an everyday wallet, go for it. Why complain about someone else’s prop? As to Skinner: that particular Carson performance was a thing of absolute beauty... but what does it have to do with the wallet in question?
Lighten up, folks - this magic stuff is supposed to be fun. And Santa is watching...

Re: Do yourselves a favour
I was complaining? Not that I'm aware of. I'm interested. I like new ideas and improvements. I happen to think details do matter, in everything from presentation to props (the devil's in them, as they say).
I was simply comparing my observations and experience. What is wrong with wanting to know more about a product and why it may or may not be superior to another?
I do the same when I shop for a computer or phone or anything else.

Hi Kids. I am back from fed ex. A nut house today I might add. As to complaints. Everyone has a right to ask questions. I just hope I answered the satisfactorily. Am I proud of my wallet? Sure! I work hard to develop my shtuff. I go through a lot of versions and the LabRats (You know who you are!) Work hard at telling me where I screw up and how (If possible) it can be made better. But ALL final decisions are mine. Well, and Rosies... So any complaints are mine to live with. But I try hard to deliver a product that does what I say it does. No tricky demo vids. No wild ass claims. They just work. So in the spirit of this time of year, all of you go home. Have a drink. Kiss yer significant other. Enjoy yerselves!

No one is complaining.
What is there to complain about? ... nothing.
