Cancer Fundraising ($4 tricks!)

Postby Jeff.Prace » May 28th, 2012, 4:38 pm

Hey guys,

In years past, in order to raise money for Relay For Life an event sponsored by the American Cancer Society I sold a download of one of my original card tricks. Much to my surprise, it was a smashing success, and I raised over double the amount I was aiming for. This year, Im excited to do the same thing. In video format, you will be able to learn one of my favorite original tricks - and at the same time you will be donating to a noble cause.

Relay for Life is an event sponsored by the American Cancer Society. The event is to "celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease." The event represents hope; we will not forget those who have lost their lives to cancer and those who have cancer will always be supported. The biggest hope is that cancer, one day, will be eliminated. "At Relay, teams of people camp out at a local high school, park, or fairground and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event. Because cancer never sleeps, Relays are overnight events up to 24 hours in length." To learn more about this event, please visit: http://www.relayforlife.org

If you donate $4 or more, I will send you the video performance and explanation of one of my favorite card creations. PR-Aces is a four Ace production that's an equilibrium between flashy and smooth. In over 20 minutes of video, I make the learning as easy as possible. Kicker endings, additional sleights, and other bonuses are included in the video. This impromptu card trick is sure to amaze any audience.

Also, all the money raised from selling my DVDs and products will be going towards my fundraising. If you dont yet have these products, now is the perfect time to buy them. You can check out the products here: http://www.JeffPrace.com/products.html

For as little as $4, you will be making a difference in a cancer patients life, and you will be receiving great magic. Please donate as little or as much as you can; every cent counts. ALL donations go directly to Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society.

Hey guys,

Fundraising for the American Cancer Society is now over, and I want to say 'thanks' for helping me make this a success. I personally raised over 4x the amount I was going for, and in conjunction with everyone from my and a nearby high school, over $80,000 was raised. I might not be able to cure cancer, but I'm sure glad I can help donate the dollar that does.

I hope everyone who donated enjoys the magic I sent. I didn't put up a trailer or a full description of any of the tricks, and tons of people still donated. That's always a good feeling.

Thanks again, guys!

Jeff
