World Magic Seminar 2005

Postby Bill Wells » January 23rd, 2005, 2:55 pm

Time is running short on registering for the 2005 WMS. The Orleans will release the block of convention rate rooms tomorrow. Details on reserving your room, the schedule of events and talent can be found on the website www.worldmagicseminar.com . You may also register online at the website.

Just booked - JOHNNY FOXX in a rare convention appearance! Best known as a renaissance faire magician, Johnny is a multi-talented performer and will feature a seldom seen effect at the WMS.

Show seats are limited. Don't delay !!!

That's great about Kozak!!! His recognition as one of the greats is long overdue and well deserved. Please tell him his old sidekick, Tabman, says hello!!!

Tabby - I will be happy to pass on your regards.

It has been my good fortunate to know Paul since I first booked him at the 1981 IBM Convention in Pittsburg. He had won the IBM Close Up Contest the year before. In addition to performing, he was planning to do a blindfold hang glide flight over the confluence of the three rivers in front of the hotel at the Golden Triangle but the authorities wouldn't OK it. Paul was slightly crazy then and, thank goodness, he is even more crazy now!! I am delighted we have been able to book him for the WMS.

Thanks Bill. Koz spoke of the IBM contest often and has always been extremely proud of winning it.

He's been wanting me to come out for a visit but I just haven't been able to get it together to take off for a few weeks. I know ya'll will have a great convention.

Booked my flight today. Sorry to hear Tab won't be in attendance. I know Pete and Richard will be there. Any other regulars?
I'll be arriving Sat. afternoon. If anyone is gonna be there a day early and wants to hook up drop me an email. I'm thinking of catching either Lance or WGM at the Isles.
