Who am I???

Postby hopkins » September 11th, 2008, 8:05 pm

i am a man whoclaims originality for all my work, but my image is stolen from Slash in Guns and Roses. My card tricks are stolen from Derek Dingle and i bitch and moan about the buck brothers because im not as good as them with a deck of cards. I find criticising people easier than giving them the accolades they deserve mainly because its an easier thing to do and im living in a bubble of self pity and denial.
the people i work with secretly dont like me and i am rude to everyone i encounter.
i am actually quite bad at card handling, but if i dont put any videos out then no one will know and hopefully a myth will grow about how good i am at card magic when really im average.
i made a few videos in the past and they are truely awfull hence no one wanting them.
my publications are offensive but i am too much of a coward to say anything to anyones face.
i continue to put down people who i see who are better at magic than me, such as Ben Earl and Richard Kaufman and Paul Gordon.
I have an extremely small member, and embarrassed myself when i showed it to poeple recently. i was trying to be offensive but people just saw how small my censored was and laughed.
i wont release any DVDs because it will expose how c*** (not the best) i really am.
i owe many people an appology but I'm too emotionally imature to ever give them one.
can you guess who i am.

p.s i also dont pay tax on my cash in hand earnings.

go on...who am I?????

i wrote a few books i believe,
one is called Cutting veg Controls, and despite my claim to be origanal and my anger at people who dont give credit when they steal ideas, this, apparently according to those who have read it, is entirly stolen from alocal shop keeper Derek 'dinner time' Dingballs.
So some might say I'm one of the biggest hypocryts around.

I also wrote something called Dr Nuts 50 cooking problems which apparently only has 1 trick called any card at any temperature, which is really really s***. Its stolen from Dice Vermin and once again, just by me mentioning his name I think I can get away with it as my own creation. The rest of it is full of very un funny jokes.
Also it contains an article called 51 facees north, which just criticises the origanal idea mainly because I can't think of an idea on this subject myself.
Also I like to have people around me that suck up to me. I expect to see a few spineless ones on the forum any time now.

Well I don't know who you're talking about, but you seem to be a bit of a schmuk.

Brother Hamman was definitely not a schmuck. He wouldn't have even known what the word meant. (It's Yiddish for censored.)

I think it is Erdnase! Now I can find out if my belief that Erdnase was actually Jack The Riper is true!

Upon googling "Cutting veg Controls" returned a link to Talkmagic.co.uk and a hopkins post about...

"and vice versa.
Arkwright wrote i few books i believe,
one is called Cutting veg Controls, and despite Arkwrights claim to be origanal and his anger at people who dont give credit when they steal ideas..."

Now who the hockeypucks Arkwright is I haven't a clue.

Ahhh, I know who, just from having lived here in Edinburgh the past month. He's an American that lives in the UK, if I'm not mistaken. He just had a run at the Fringe arts festival here in Edinburgh. Never met the man though, and heard that he'd throw you out of his show if he knows you're a magician.

I've got the same notion as Greg Manwaring. Although what he'd be doing on the Genii Forum is a mystery.

There's just no way Jerry Sadowitz is going to come on the Genii Forum. But it was fun to hear Greg call him an "American." :)

Rick, are you guessing Mark Lewis is Hopkins or the person this Hopkins is refering to? As one who knows Mark neither makes sense.

I'm not sure it's Jerry or Mark - neither are as inarticulate as Hopkins (who has posted pretty much the same diatribe on several fora).

On one of the British boards (either MagicBunny or TalkMagic, I forget which) someone mentioned Jerry (as the target most certainly is) and Hopkins went on some tirade about Arkwright (from Open All Hours, for the Merkins). Most of this was hashed through the last time it was posted here.

Take care, Ian

Without knowing any of the folks mentioned here, the first person I thought of was Penn Gillette. Almost at a point that I could see him talking just like that....
