Carneycopia.

Carneycopia......is that the correct word for a person lecturing/demonstrating card magic?

Yes Im aware there is a book by that name by Mr Carney.
In my question on Carneycopia I should have added.....and sells product( lecture notes, books) thereafter.

No it isn't.

Carneycopia is a play on cornucopia, an ancient greek symbol of abundance. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cornucopia

I'm not sure where you got your idea from, but I think it's incorrect.

Lotsa Carney copias out there shilling their wares, but only ONE John Carney. Beware of cheesy imitators!

Now that we've sorted out Carneycopia, what about Chicarnery?

Is that the funny business the Carneycopyist (who is likely to be called John) is up to when he's fooling the pants off everyone?

Perhaps we should start up a Magician's Glossary....
